Information we collect

• Information you provide: your name, email address, and message when you use our contact form; and your name and email when you become a member or make a donation.
• Payment information: payments are processed by Stripe. We do not collect or store your full card number — Stripe handles card data directly under its PCI-compliant systems.
• Automatic information: standard server logs (such as IP address and browser type) used to keep the site secure and reliable.

How we use your information

• To process memberships and donations and send confirmations and receipts.
• To respond to your questions and keep you informed about the association.
• To operate, secure, and improve this website.

Service providers

We share information only with trusted providers that help us operate: Stripe (payment processing) and Resend (transactional email). We do not sell your personal information, and we share it otherwise only when required by law.

Cookies

We use only essential cookies needed for core functionality (such as keeping an administrator signed in). We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.

Your choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and you can cancel a recurring membership or donation at any time. Contact us at islandviewassociation@trdcfi.org.

Children

This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
